Utica is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Utica is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Went today, had an experience that made me realize it was not worth coming back. When dining in, the servers didn’t accommodate us to a seat nor greet us. Which isn’t a problem to most, but we were the only ones there. As more customers were dining in, the servers weren’t attentive whatsoever. They did not check up on customers at all. We tried to grab their attention multiple times but they did not look anywhere towards the dining area, even when bringing out food, they did not check around if anyone needed anything. Their attitude wasn’t very welcoming. It seem like they didn’t want to be bothered. The prices are amazing. The food has been a hit or miss recently. I believe there are so many options that it’s hard for them to manage different dishes at the same time. Every time i’ve had a dish, the flavors are so inconsistent that they are either bland, salty or oily. It’s so disappointing that the service is bad, especially because the food is authentic and delicious when they want to make it right. Plus, the new renovation made the place so much cleaner and appealing for dine in.

After the restaurant was renovated, I visited and found that not only were the dishes delicious, but the staff also provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a clean and pleasant environment along with tasty food.

Sushi House has amazing and authentic Burmese food and a variety of other dishes that are delicious. The biggest issue is that they’re busy, they seem understaffed, the workers seemed untrained, and it is quite dirty. I would recommend hiring a cleaner because the entrance and stairway are very filthy and will continue to accumulate unless addressed. Otherwise I definitely recommend this place and love it, they just need to improve in certain aspects.

One of the best Asian fusion restaurants in town. We haven't tried their sushi yet but the food we got is amazing. We got Fried noodles, Fried rice, Beef pho, Tom Yum soup and Fried chicken. The price is cheaper than other restaurants I think. The staff are so nice and very helpful. They have a sushi bar which is really cool. They offer Halal meat. Tried once and we will go again. Update: they renovated the whole restaurant and it looks super nice. They also improved their menu and added a lot of Burmese dishes.
